After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure link to complete your pre check-in details. This step helps us prepare for your stay and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Please note that a £100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your card prior to arrival. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold to cover any potential damages or issues during your stay.

The deposit will be automatically released within 48 hours after check-out, provided no issues are reported.
